Data collected as part of the website's credit card payment option does not pass through our hands. This data is directly transferred to our payment provider, AsiaPay Limited. Transaction processing is handled by AsiaPay in collaboration with Citibank.

Delivery

The print edition of the China Economic Review is sent out at or soon after the start of the calendar month. The date you might expect to receive the magazine will depend on your location and other factors.

Delivery of the print edition of the China Economic Review is made by whatever delivery method we deem appropriate at the time of distribution. We aim for our readers to receive the China Economic Review as soon as possible after it is published, and choose distribution method accordingly.

New subscribers can expect their first copy of the China Economic Review to be the one published at the beginning of the month after the subscription is activated. The subscription is activated once we have confirmed the receipt of payment.

Refund

Should a copy of the China Economic Review fail to reach you, we will provide a replacement copy if stock is available. If stock is not available, we will extend your subscription period accordingly.

Should you wish to terminate your subscription to the China Economic Review, we regret that we are unable to make a refund of your subscription fee.

In case of any failure on our part to meet the standards that can reasonably be expected of a publisher of subscription business publications, we will, at our discretion, make a full refund of the subscription fee.
