Argentina plans to seek investors from Russia and China for 14 infrastructure projects to be auctioned next year for a total of $17 billion, Bloomberg reported, citing two anonymous sources. Planning Minister Julio De Vido, accompanied by his energy staff, was expected to arrive in Moscow late Wednesday and go to Beijing next week where he could be joined by Economy Ministry Axel Kicillof, one source said. Argentina’s projects include hydro dams in Neuquen, a dam in Salta, aqueducts in the northern part of the country and a communications tower to be erected outside Buenos Aires, said another source.
