Beijing Shougang Group, China's fourth largest steel maker, announced it will move all its polluting plants out of the city to surrounding provinces by 2010, Beijing Times reported. Xie Zhenhua, head of the State Environmental Protection Administration, said the relocation plans had been approved by the central government.
