[photopress:wuhan.jpg, full, alignright]Agreement has been reached to build a 200-million-yuan state cereal trading center in Wuhan, capital of central Hubei Province. The grain logistics project will be jointly managed by the State Grain Administration and the governments of Hubei and Wuhan. The project, which includes support infrastructures, storage facilities, and a grain and oil wholesale and distribution center, will cost more than 1 billion yuan.

Planned timetable is for it to be finished in two years when it will have boosted grain storage capacity to 6.6 million tons and be a key part of central China’s grain production base.
