China CNR Co. Ltd., one of the country’s leading train manufacturers, plans to inject RMB 214 million (US$31.9 million) to a Beijing-based logistics subsidiary. As a result, China CNR’s shareholding in the subsidiary will increase to 92% from the current 72.09%. China Knowledge reports that in the first half of this year, China CNR made a net profit of RMB633.48 million (US$94.4 million), 65.07% more than in the same period last year.
