European Union Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson said China still has time to avoid textile import restrictions urged by seven of the bloc's 25 nations if it provided details of its plans, Bloomberg reported. In turn, China said it would work with the EU on textile trade and implement macro measures to restructure the sector, state media reported, citing remarks made by Premier Wen Jiabao at the EU-China Ministerial Troika meeting this week.
