China Post Airline settles in Shijiazhuang Airport

A B737-300F cargo plane named ‘Dancing Bird’, loading with 6 ton of airmail, landed in the Shijiazhuang Airport. This formally opened the post airline running Shijiazhaung-Nanjing-Wuhan

China Post is the first cargo air company coming to Shijiazhuang airport which will promote the development of the air cargo transportation and modern logistics industry in our province and Shijiazhuang airport’s construction of air logistics garden.

Handan Daily reports the planes the  flight Shijiazhaung-Nanjing-Wuhan is a Boeing 737 with 6 flights a week.

The flights depart 2:40 am Shijiazhuang, arrive in Nanjing at 4:05am for transition, leave for Wuhan at 6:10 am and arrive at 7:25am. The flights depart at 8:40pm in Wuhan and arrive at Shijiazhuang at 10:15pm.

After this post airline opens, the mails, especially the EMS mails of the five cities in the south of the province will be directly sent to each major city through airlines without being transitioned in Beijing.

China Post, the first airline company engaging solely in the transportation of mails and cargos, was established on November 25, 1995.

The company has set a distributed night flight network centering on Nanjing and covering the areas of North China, East China, Middle China, South China, and Southwest.
