China Resources buys power stake from parent

Reflecting more shifts and turns in China's swirling energy sector, China Resources Power said it has agreed to take a 25% stake in Phase 2 of Hengshui Hengxing Power plant in Hebei province from parent company China Resources National Corp, for RMB 65 million. The company said it also agreed to inject an additional RMB 60 million into the project.
