China will build a complete industrial chain of cloud computing technology in Harbin, the capital of northeastern China‘s Heilongjing province, over the next three years. To be called the "China Cloud Valley," this new technology base will include a cloud computing center base; an application, innovation and R&D base; and a business incubator base.
Global Times reports that the "China Cloud Valley" will mainly develop industries involved in cloud computing, especially film, TV and new media production as well as animation production.
