According to Reuters, China Aviation Oil Trading (CAOT), the new trading unit of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corp (CAO), citing "some legal issues", said it had yet to award an import tender for 460,000 tonnes of jet fuel for Chinese carriers. The company was originally scheduled to make the award Friday, after the tender closed Wednesday. A CAOT official told Reuters the transaction will go eventually ahead "for the whole tender".
