EU adds anti-dumping duties

In yet another round of anti-dumping measures against the Mainland, the EU has put duties up to almost 35% on China's exports of tartaric acid, an additive used in the food and wine-making industries, Reuters reported. The duties ranging from 2.4% to 34.9% went into effect on Saturday and after six months the EU may impose definitive duties for five years.
