Terry Lanni, Chairman and CEO of MGM Mirage said, ‘Our company is very optimistic about the growth potential of our new international relationships. We hold in our company portfolio some of the best-known, most highly regarded luxury hotel brands in the world.’
Then he added, ‘We feel confident that experienced world travelers will be eager to experience our trademark hospitality in world cities beyond our existing gaming destinations.’
Basically MGM is interested in running high end casinos like the MGM Grand Las Vegas. And the CEO there, Gamal Aziz, is also the president and CEO of MGM Mirage. He was for a time at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
