Military’s new large aircraft

Soon a new large military aircraft for China. Hu Xiaofeng, general manager of Air China aircraft industry said, “Our independent research and development (has resulted in the) production of a 200-ton large military aircraft which will be flying before the end of the year.” 

 

According to reports, the Xi’an Aircraft Industry Company Central Air was responsible from R & D, planning production and then right through the manufacturing process. It seems likely that there will be a civilian model of this aircraft at a later date.
