N Korea premier visits China amid new nuclear claims

Following its announcement that it had increased its nuclear arsenal, North Korea's premier began his visit to China that could be a turning point in getting Pyongyang to return to nuclear talks. The visit follows the one by US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice who urged Beijing to leverage its aid to North Korea to pressure the country back to negotiation. Premier Pak Pong-ju is leading North Korea's economic reforms and visiting China presumably to study the economic success of its closest ally.
