After forming a business unit to focus on China April 1, Nomura Holdings Inc, Japan's biggest brokerage, said it plans to set up a financial holding company in China to offer asset management, securities and investment banking services, Bloomberg reported. The company will eventually have a market capitalization worth several tens of billions of yen, the agency said, citing the Nihon Keizai newspaper.
