The main advantage of Industrial parks is the balanced use of all resources for industrial enterprises: infrastructure, equipment, logistics, energy sources, heat, water, waste disposal, human resources and administrative procedures.
China’s Industrial parks have a special place in world geography. Within 25 years of existing in China, they are close to industrial parks of western standards and much more prevalent.
