An index for average new home price for 288 cities fell 0.01% last month from February, the slowest pace in five months, but which also marked a full year of consecutive housing price drops, according to property consultancy China Real Estate Information Corp. Another survey by consultancy China Index Academy showed the average new home price in 100 cities fell 0.15% last month to RMB10,523 (US$1,697.01) per square meter.
