Four of President Bush's top aides, including US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, will arrive in Beijing this weekend for economic talks on issues ranging from anti-piracy initiatives to China's surging textile exports to the US, the Wall Street Journal reported. Rice is also expected to resume diplomatic talks with China focused on the stalled six-party negotiations on North Korea's nuclear project. The visit comes amid Beijing's recent criticism of the US opposition to the CNOOC deal and stubbornness toward the DPRK. The US has criticized China's economic and energy policies and the Pentagon is preparing to release a report critical of Beijing's military build-up.
