Japanese games giant Sega Corporation said it would enter China's online games market and announced the opening of a new China business unit called Sega Shanghai Software Co Ltd. The company also announced an alliance with Zarva Digital Entertainment, a unit of Zarva Technology Group Co. The company will license Sega's Phantasy Star Online series for Nintendo, Microsoft Xbox and PCs.
