The Shanghai Marriott Hotel Changfeng Park, which is now open, is owned by the New Development Group Company and run by Marriott International under a long-term management agreement.
Located in the Changfeng Ecology Commercial District, the 32-story hotel faces Changfeng Park and overlooks Suzhou River. Adjacent to the Hongqiao CBD, it is a 15-minute drive from Hongqiao Airport and a 50-minute drive from Pudong International Airport.
The hotel has the usual range of restaurants and a fitness centre complete with a 25-meter indoor swimming pool.
Hospitality and Tourism News reports this is very definitely a MICE – meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions – over 1,500 square meters of flexible space, consisting of 13 function rooms and a ballroom of almost 770 square meters for functions up to 700 guests.
