The foundation stone for the China Financial Information building has been laid in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, in Shanghai’s Putong New District.
China Financial Information building is to be jointly built by Xinhua’s China Economic Information Service and Shanghai Lujiazui , following the setup of Xinhua Financial information platform, Shanghai bureau.
The building will hold 3,000 people and will become the office, operating and technical center of Xinhua Financial Information Platform, Shanghai bureau, as well as the landmark of the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone.
China View reported Shanghai mayor Han Zheng as saying the project would be a push for the Shanghai financial environment building.
