SIMBAs accreditation reaffirmed by AMBA

Recently four members from AMBA (the Association of MBA’s international accreditation service) conducted a two-day assessment of Shanghai International MBA (SIMBA). AMBA is one of three international business school accreditation agencies. Based on the overall evaluation of SIMBA’s management team, faculty, alumni, students, teaching system, rules and regulations, international communication, and academics, SIMBA’s AMBA was successfully once again accredited by AMBA. This is the second time that SIMBA has been accredited by AMBA after its first accreditation in 2005.
SIMBA is co-founded by the famous Tongji University in China and ENPC in France. Program graduates receive the ENPC MBA degree awarded by ENPC after the completion of the courses. Two thirds of SIMBA’s professors are from the ENPC MBA global network.
SIMBA was the first MBA program in China to pass AMBA’s accreditation. SIMBA ranked top 50 on the Financial Times’ EMBA list for two consecutive years in 2008 and 2009. In 2009, SIMBA’s graduate salary growth rate ranked Number 2 among all 95 EMBA programs.
