[photopress:Guangzhou_foshan1.jpg,full,alignright]Swissotel has signed an agreement with Foshan Heng’an Real Estate to manage a 208-room hotel development in Foshan. Scheduled for completion in mid 2008, the Swissotel Foshan will occupy 13 levels of the 50-level Foshan International Plaza, a mixed-use development ofretail shops, offices, apartments and hotel. When completed it should be the tallest building in Foshan city.
This will very much be a business hotel with MICE — meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions — in mind. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city’s business center near Zoumiao Commercial District and Fenjiang Financial District.
