A Taiwanese citizen has been charged in the United States with being a covert agent for Beijing, Reuters reported. Ko-Suen Moo, of Taipei, has been accused together with Frenchman Maurice Serge Voros of trying to illegally export an F-16 jet engine, Blackhawk helicopter engines and cruise missiles to China. US prosecutors in Miami said a federal grand jury had returned a nine-count indictment against the men. The indictment alleges they violated the Arms Export Control Act by trying to export without a license to China. Moo was also charged with bribery, obstruction of justice and money laundering after offering $500,000 to be released.
