A Beijing court began hearings on US drug maker Pfizer's case against the Patent Re-examination Board (PRB) of the State Intellectual Property Office which is accused of wrongfully voiding Pfizer's China patent after the Board said the patent failed to provide sufficient disclosure. If any of the two sides disagree with the current court's ruling, the case will go to the Beijing High People's Court which would issue the final ruling.
