[photopress:midrange_homes.jpg,full,alignright]The Business Times, quoting Chief Executive Officer Liew Mun Leong, reports that Capitaland Ltd is in talks with a partner to build as many as 30,000 mid-range homes in China’s smaller cities, including Chengdu.
That will more than double Capitaland’s target for new homes in smaller cities. Discussions with the Chinese party were in preliminary stages, the report cited Liew as saying. He did not identify the company.
