The ongoing China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition has seen contracts worth more than US$4.5 signed in the first four days of the event, state media reported. The week-long biannual show, held in the southern city of Zhuhai, has attracted exhibitors from more than 30 countries eager to gain a slice of the world's fastest growing aviation market. According to government estimates, China will need to buy 2,194 aircraft of various sizes over the next two decades to feed soaring demand in its civil aviation market.
