Working in Guangxi Baise Industrial Zone
Guangxi Baise Industrial Zone entered into contracts on four projects in the Baise investment project at the 5th China-ASEAN Expo, with investment totaled RMB 670 million.
Guangxi’s Baise Industrial Zone was working at the Expo to attract foreign investment. As part of that it signed a deal with Bisheng Mining for the 200,000 tonnes per year Mn-series project, an investment of RMB230 million.
All of which comes against a backdrop of steel product export in October of 4.62mt being down 2.05mt from a month before, or up 380,000t or 8.98% y-o-y. Through Oct, the cumulative export of steel products totaled 53.12mt, down 1.2% y-o-y and valued at $55.6 billion.
