In an effort to help trade, Vice-Commerce Minister Yu Guangzhou said the Ministry of Commerce would work with the State Council and the National People's Congress to formulate antitrust laws for promulgation this year, China Daily reported. The ministry set up an antitrust research office in September to start the process.
