America Online (AOL) said it is in talks about re-entering China. The Time Warner unit pulled out of a US$200 million joint venture with Legend Group in 2003. AOL will take a low-risk approach to investing in China in the future and plans to reach a deal with a Chinese partner by the end of 2004, executives said.
