Asia Pacific countries have warned that global trade talks could collapse unless progress is made on agricultural subsidies at the WTO meeting in Hong Kong next month. The sentiments are expressed in a draft statement, seen by AP, that is being considered by the 21 APEC member countries meeting this week in South Korea. The WTO meets in Hong Kong from December 13-18.
