[photopress:beihai_Guangxi.gif,full,alignright]The National Bureau of Statistics has released its April figures for 70 major cities. Beihai in Guanxi (shown here), and Shenzhen have the fastest growth.
Beijing came in third. The price index of real estate sales stood at 10% percent, up 9% from the same period last year. Beijing also ranked third for new residential homes pricing index growth having a 10% increase year on year.Beijing’s second-hand house price index in April ranked fourth.
Beihai and Shenzhen still came in first and second places, while Zhengzhou from central China ranked 3rd.
