Bank of Communications aim for May IPO

China's fifth-largest commercial bank, Bank of Communications, may sell its shares priced between RMB2.50 and RMB2.80 per share on both the Hong Kong and Shanghai exchange in May, according to state media, citing an unnamed source at investment bank Goldman Sachs. The planned offering would raise about RMB20bn.
