Politburo member and president of the 2008 Beijing Olympics organizing committee, Liu Qi, says he wants the opening torch relay for the 2008 Games to pass through Taiwan, because the "domestic torch relay should" involve all of China's "regions and peoples", state media quoted him as saying.
