Carlsberg lowers stake in Tibet brewer

Carlsberg International of Denmark agreed to sell part of its interest in brewing joint venture Tibet Lhasa Brewery to the Danish Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries, a government-backed aid fund, which will take 17%, leaving the Copenhagen brewer with 33%. The swap news came to light in a filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Tibet Galaxy Science and Technology Development retains its 50% stake.
