It starts of on a reassuring note that China’s real estate market remained fundamentally sound in the third quarter of 2007.
While the property sectors of first-tier cities continued to grow steadily, investors and developers remain optimistic about opportunities in emerging second- and third-tier cities.
It mentions the sub-prime crisis in the United States but does not see it having any major effect except that probably more attention will be paid to risk management in the future.
