The survey was carried out by The Lipsey Company which provides training and professional development services to the commercial real estate sector. Cushman & Wakefield was placed second and Colliers International third.
CB Richard Ellis currently has ten offices in Greater China and this year plans to expand further into second-tier cities Hangzhou and Dalian.
