The company has offices in Tianjin and Dalian, Liaoning province. Chris Brooke, President and CEO Greater China, CBRE, said with the addition of the Qingdao branch, CBRE is well placed to meet the real estate advisory needs of clients throughout the Bohai Rim region.
CBRE now has 13 offices in Greater China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan.
