[photopress:CBRE_1.gif,full,alignright]CB Richard Ellis is partnering with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to launch an exchange program offering placements in its offices in China to second and final year UK real estate students.
Six students have been chosen and reviewed by RICS members and business leaders from CBRE in the UK, and they will start their placements in mid-June in Beijing and Shanghai. It’s a 12-week program that is expected to run for five years.
Martin Samworth, CEO of CBRE in the UK, said the program will ‘act as a catalyst for greater links between the markets in China and the UK’.
CB Richard Ellis already has an existing Graduate Training Program with Chinese universities Tsinghua, People’s University and Tongji University.
