In order to clean up its image ahead of its planned overseas IPO, China Construction Bank has removed the heads of two provincial branches who CCB deemed responsible for financial crimes that occurred at outlets under their watch, state media reported. The bank said it accepted the resignation of Liang Fucheng, president of the branch in Shanxi province and Sun Jiancheng, president of the branch in Hunan province. CCB has been on guard against wrongdoings since its former chairman Zhang Enzhao resigned earlier this year amid speculation of corruption.
