Century 21 buys stake in Chinese agency

[photopress:Century21.jpg,full,alignright]U.S. home sales giant Century 21 Real Estate has agreed to buy a major holding in a Chinese real estate agency. The agreement is with Bonity Property Group and Century 21 will take over its residential property service outlets in Shanghai.

Vanessa Yan, speaking for Bonity said, ‘Century 21 are acquiring our residential offices,’ adding that the firm has 22 outlets in the city, including residential and commercial property offices.

The U.S. firm, which says it is the world’s largest residential real estate sales group, will take all Bonity outlets in Shanghai under its own brand.
