China air travel on serious growth track

China's passenger traffic could grow to five times its current size in 20 years, an Airbus Industrie executive said. Airbus Vice-President for Customer Affairs Adam Brown said traffic
growth could exceed 20% through 2005. At that point industry growth could slow down to a more conventional pace of 8.1% but still reach almost 500 billion revenue passenger-kilometres by 2022. The number is currently around 100 billion, Brown said.
