Real estate show in Beijing
The tenth China Real Estate and Architecture Fair has opened in Beijing. As the biggest expo in the country’s real estate sector, the fair showcases the latest hi-tech design products. The show is on today, finishes tomorrow.
The organizers say the number of exhibitors is less than expected due to current economic situation, but the number of visitors increased by 30% versus last year. Many of the spectators are employees from companies who didn’t attend this expo.
One visitor said ‘I came here mainly to see what our competitors are doing, and learn what is on the cutting edge in the industry. My company did not attend the expo this year, but we will pay attention to the situation of our rivals.’
Exhibitors showcased various products covering property projects, decoration materials and furniture. Many brought their best products because they are confident about the economy for the next year.
