China, Russia hold up IAEA resolution on Iran

China and Russia refused to accept a draft nuclear resolution on Iran's nuclear secrecy at International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) talks, extending a deadlock over the resolution. The proposed resolution is in response to Iran's recent refusal to disclose information about its nuclear program. The US, EU, Canada and Australia negotiated with Non-Aligned Movement diplomats representing Iran, and supported by Russia and China, for a draft proposal which suggests military links to Iran's nuclear program.
