China’s largest property developer China Vanke (000002.SHE) posted US$260.5 million (RMB1.6 billion) unaudited net earnings in the third quarter, up 18.39% year-on-year, the official Xinhua News Agency reported, citing a company statement released on Wednesday. The Shenzhen-listed company said in its third-quarter business report that gross business revenues between July and September increased 42.97% to top US$3.6 billion (RMB22 billion). As of the end of September, the total assets of China Vanke amounted to US$75.67 billion (RMB461.14 billion), representing a rise of 21.74% compared to the end of 2012, the report said.
