Chinese companies eye global expansion: survey

Nearly 50% of Chinese companies plan to invest overseas and establish a global presence within two years, state media reported, citing a new government survey. More than 100 companies with overseas activities participated in the survey. The US, Germany and the UK were the top investment destinations named by the respondents, citing low taxes and subsidies as key factors in determining where to locate their overseas operation sites.
