A Chinese state-owned construction company has signed a US$94 million deal to build subway ventilation systems in New York, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources close to the deal. China Construction American Company, a unit of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, is expected to take on the project on Manhattan island.
