China has sent a special envoy to Washington to revitalize six-party talks regarding North Korea's nuclear program, China's foreign ministry said. In early March, Beijing urged Washington and Pyongyang to hold direct bilateral talks under the framework of six-party talks in order to restart negotiations and ease tensions in the region.
