China National Offshore Oil Corp. is offering 10 offshore oil and gas blocs for exploration and development to foreign companies this year, CNOOC said on its web site. The blocs cover a total area of more than 65,000 square kms in Bohai Bay, the Yellow Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea.
