China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) and Uzbekneftegaz (Uzbek Oil and Gas) have agreed to work together on surveying and drilling for oil and gas. The deal was one of 10 signed by President Hu Jintao during his visit to Uzbekistan. To date, CNPC has sold US$80 million worth of drilling equipment to the neighboring country.
